Led a small team of developers to build and maintain Ticketing products for both baseball fans and internal customers, primarily fully customizable components powered by the internal CMS and the ticketing data service that were added to over 6000 pages.
Set coding standards and implemented automated testing for all the components that fell under my team and worked toward implementing TDD. In 2017 I gave four department-wide talks to audiences of over 50 developers, about using automated testing tools and how to build accessible websites.

- Worked with marketing producers to ensure the Ticketing products met their needs for building club marketing pages.
- Implemented Scrum/Agile processes for my team.
- Collaborated with other teams to build products and features that spanned all parts of the site.
